Dear Valued Customer:

It is with mixed feelings that we inform you that after years of being able to deliver ACI products to our customers at no charge, we will be adding a delivery fee to all orders we receive, except for printing and imaging. Bear in mind, we have customers in outlying areas that have requested that we ship their printing as soon as the job is completed and we will continue to offer this service and pass the costs along to you. We will also offer you the option to pick up your order at the ACI Warehouse at 2600 East 145th Street, Little Rock.

We struggled with increasing prices or charging a delivery fee to offset the increasing fuel prices. After much consideration we felt that a delivery fee would be the fairest and easiest solution to all concerned. Effective June 1, 2008, a delivery fee will be accessed on all orders. The fees are as follows:

Delivery fee for Pulaski County: $5.00
Delivery fee within 100 miles of Little Rock: $10.00
Delivery fee for the remainder of the state: $15.00
No delivery fee will be charged for printing or imaging

If additional deliveries are caused by backordered items or an error on the part of ACI, you will not be billed for the delivery.
