Arkansas Correctional Industries (ACI) is a self supporting division of the Arkansas Department of Correction. All expenditures from light bulbs to salaries, rent, utilities etc. come not from general revenue funds, but from the sales of goods and services. Each purchase you make from ACI ensures that we will be able to train those who are assigned to us.
Statistics show that if ACI gives an inmate a viable job skill that can be used once he or she is released from confinement, he or she is far less likely to return to prison. This means that through the purchase of our goods and services, you are actually helping to lower the number of persons returning to prison. Any profits derived from the sale of our products and services go to enlarging our present programs and new programs to train more inmates.
How to use this Online Catalog Store
ACI has introduced a new Online Catalog Store. You will first need an Online Authorization Code which is explained in more detail in the Customer Eligibility section. You will have the opportunity to browse 11 categories to choose from several products and services offered by ACI. You can add items to your shopping cart or request a quote. When ordering from the Online Catalog Store, you will need to know your Online Authorization Code (ACI User Id) and your agency Zipcode.
Ordering products through ACI requires a Online Authorization Code. This number can be obtained by filling out and submitting a "Terms Agreement" form. This form can be downloaded from the link below. To complete the submission process, click the link below to download and view the form. You may then print the form and fill it out or you may fill it out online by typing in the blank areas. To submit the form to ACI, mail it to the address at the bottom of the form or fax it to 870-850-8440.
When your form is received and accepted, you will receive you customer order number in the mail. Use this number when purchasing products online with ACI.
Every effort is made to keep your personal information private. Your billing information will be saved as a "cookie" on your computer as an added level of security. This is not a encrypted site. Do not send credit card or other private information in e-mail.

Q. I want to do business with ACI. Do I qualify?

Q. How will I be billed?
A. Per state statue, we do not invoice our customers until the order has been completed and the product delivered.
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. Yes we are currently accepting credit cards. Orders must be placed via the ACI Online Catalog to use your credit card. A Terms Agreement form (see below) must be filled out and received at the ACI Customer Service Office before a credit card transaction can be completed.
